Go Global begin in the mid 1990s, when Matt Pritchard began cooking for fellow students at Coventry University. The “Matt’s Go Global” themed dinner parties provided food from around the world. While he was studying, Matt conducted a two-year in-depth study into the design of portable kitchen systems. At the same time, he began providing catering for motorsport teams and their guests at race meetings across the UK. Word spread and more clients came on board. Matt then worked as a freelance chef work and agency truck driver, after which he launched Go Global Catering.
